Dorian Crow, a graduate in jazz performance at the University of Oregon has a special knack for bringing musicians together for unique combinations of sound in the realms of jazz, rock, soul and hip-hop for the past 15 years, responsible for formations of groups such as Natural Progression and Verbal Bassics. He has played in well known local bands such as Mood Area 52, Eleven Eyes, Marv Ellis and We Tribe, as well as served as a bassist in several local jazz ensembles. Dorian expresses a wide range of musical backgrounds through a distinctive style that has surely become his own.
